Field Force Trainer

Set scheduled coaching plan and assure its implementation to develop the sales team to achieve the company’s goals.

· Detect areas of development for each Medical Representative and act on it through field coaching.

· Align with line managers to communicate and discuss the feedback via the coaching report.

· Collect and communicate market feedback about different business acumen.

· Evaluate the customer response to marketing massage and competitor activities in the market and assist the sales force team to generate scenarios to tackle them.

Senior Tax Accountant

Prepare and review tax returns, tax calculations, and related financial reports in compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations.
Ensure timely submission of tax declarations, returns, and payments in accordance with statutory deadlines.
Manage tax compliance requirements, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
Reconcile tax accounts and ensure the accuracy of tax-related entries in the general ledger.
Follow up on tax inspections, assessments, audits, and inquiries with the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Maintain accurate tax records, supporting documents, and reconciliations for audit purposes.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and external tax consultants to resolve tax-related issues.
Identify tax risks and opportunities to improve tax compliance and efficiency.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to taxation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws, regulations, and electronic tax systems.
Practical experience with VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and tax audits.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Logistics Supervisor

1. Import and Export Operations

Supervise import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments.

2. Shipping Documentation and Compliance

Ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, including EDA, NFSA, NAFEZA, and CargoX, as applicable.
Follow up on ACID procedures, import approvals, and required permits.

3. Customs Clearance and Transportation

Oversee customs clearance, shipment release, and delivery to company warehouses.
Coordinate transportation and minimize delays, demurrage, detention, and storage costs.

4. Freight and Cost Management

Obtain and negotiate freight quotations, review logistics invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance and banks regarding import payments, Form 4, and related documentation.

5. Team Supervision and Reporting

Supervise logistics team activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Maintain shipment records, prepare logistics reports, and recommend operational improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Logistics with min of 4 – 6 years of experience.
Good knowledge of Egyptian import/export procedures, customs regulations, and applicable EDA/NFSA requirements.
Practical knowledge of NAFEZA, CargoX, ACID procedures, and import-related banking documentation, including Form 4, as applicable.
Good understanding of international shipping documents, freight forwarding, Incoterms, and logistics cost control.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and internal departments.

National Sales Manager

Develop and implement the national sales strategy for the CNS product line to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance, effective execution, and alignment with company goals.

Job Requirements:

Regulatory Affairs Senior Specialist

Complete renewal & exist products’ registration process at MOH.
Provides direct assistance with the registration of new and existing products in markets supplied by the plant.
Prepares and submit files and reports to related regulatory authority.
Coordinate & follow all steps of registration in EDA (Egyptian Drug Authority) including Stability Study, Bioequivalence Study, Inserts, Packs and NODCAR files till approval.
Follows up batches and raw material submitted samples for analysis till receiving conformity.
Implement and follow up any variations needed in any product such as change in pack, formula …….etc.
Submit and Follow up and any supporting documents along with registration lead time.
Track the application deadline updates and gathers the required documentation from related parties.
Coordinate & collaborate with the R&D, Q.C, Production, Marketing team members.
