𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

• Develop complete training curricula including slides, exercises, assessments, and case studies.
• Update training materials regularly to reflect the latest AI and data trends.
• Create easy-to-understand examples applicable to business functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations).

𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• Customize training programs based on business needs and learner skill levels.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders.
• Provide post-training support, coaching, and follow-up tasks to reinforce learning.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Evaluate participant performance through different activities.
• Prepare training reports and recommendations for skill improvement.
• Track learner progress and measure training impact.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is preferred.
• 2–4 years in training, AI tools, or data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI tools.
• Good understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance both technical and transferable skills across departments.
• Lead the execution of training plans aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, and all training kits.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, performance results, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between training strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and implement learning and development solutions to satisfy business needs and fill performance gaps.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in managing training programs, and developing talent.
• Instructional design experience or certification is preferred
• AI tools professionality is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on measurable impact.
•  Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into learning solutions
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to design engaging, interactive, and business-relevant training content.
• High adaptability and project management skills.

• Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.

• Follow up probation periods and interface with external offices to handle social and medical insurance matters.

• Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.

• Prepare the memo’s regarding releasing the salaries, deserved payments for current and resigned staff.

• Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.

• Stay informed with changes in social insurance policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, while updating internal practices accordingly.

• Handle employee’s sick leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in dealing with labor offices and social insurance offices.

• Prefer having experience in #Pharmaceutical industry.

• Personnel workshop is preferred.

• HR Diploma is preferred.

• Proficient in MS office.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelors’ degree in related medical studies.
• At least 5 years’ of experience in sales function in pharmaceutical industry.
• One-year experience in similar role is a must with prior experience in delivering coaching sessions.
• Prior awareness to Upper Egypt area is an advantage.
• Readiness to travel 50% of time.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead without authority.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, driven, organized and team player.
• Adequate experience in using Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.
• Able to transfer the knowledge in a comprehensive and clear manner.
• Outstanding command of English language.
