<li>Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance both technical and transferable skills across departments.</li>
<li>Lead the execution of training plans aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.</li>
<li>Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.</li>
<li>Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, and all training kits.</li>
<li>Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, performance results, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between training strategy and business objectives.</li>
<li>Develop and implement learning and development solutions to satisfy business needs and fill performance gaps.</li>
</ul>
<p>𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree.</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record in managing training programs, and developing talent.</li>
<li>Instructional design experience or certification is preferred</li>
<li>AI tools professionality is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on measurable impact.</li>
<li> Excellent leadership and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into learning solutions</li>
<li>Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.</li>
<li>Ability to design engaging, interactive, and business-relevant training content.</li>
<li>High adaptability and project management skills.</li>
