Export Specialist – French Speaker

Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers across Africa and the Middle East, with a strong hunter mindset.
Brand Representation: Represent Zeta Pharma at international trade shows and exhibitions.
Contracting & Legal Coordination: Manage new customer contracting processes in collaboration with the legal department, ensuring complete documentation.
Global Liaison: Coordinate effectively with overseas distributors, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to set annual export targets, budgets, and growth plans for both existing and new markets.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on international trade regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring full compliance with export controls and licensing requirements.
Export Operations: Oversee the end-to-end export process—from order receipt to product delivery—ensuring accuracy in shipping documentation, invoices, customs declarations, and letters of credit.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal teams (legal, regulatory, supply chain, production, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 Requirements:

Proven achiever with strong research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of logistics, export operations, compliance, and basic financial/legal principles.
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Proficient in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator; familiar with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard).
Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities.
Knowledgeable about Zeta’s vision, values, and product portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or international trade (pharma export experience is a plus).
Willingness to travel internationally

GIT Group Brand Lead

Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies and operational plans across the assigned product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch optimization, to maximize market share and profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring high performance, capability building, and succession planning.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights (HCPs, patients, institutions) to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Design and oversee HCP engagement strategies, including scientific activities, campaigns, and KOL relationship management.
Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with local regulations, company policies, and ethical promotion standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment, accurate forecasting, and effective execution.
Drive field force effectiveness by ensuring proper training on product knowledge, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
Monitor brand performance and marketing effectiveness, optimizing ROI and ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (MBA is a plus)
6 years of experience in brand management within Pharmaceutical industry, 2 Years as Group brand manager.
GIT Experience is a MUST.
