The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of our LAN, WAN, wireless network, and security environment. This role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and contributing to our ISO 27001 compliance efforts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Network Infrastructure Management:
  • Configure, manage, and maintain Cisco switches and wireless controllers.
  • Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Plan, design, and implement network enhancements and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.

 

  • Security System Management:
  • Administer and maintain the Sophos firewall, ensuring appropriate security policies are in place.
  • Manage and monitor the endpoint security system, ensuring all devices are protected and compliant.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security logs and alerts, investigating and responding to security incidents.

 

  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for network and security-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve network and security problems.

 

  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 27001 standards related to network and security.
  • Generate regular reports on network performance, security events, and system availability.
  • Participate in security audits and risk assessments.

 

  • Documentation and Best Practices:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest network and security technologies and best practices.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Professional graduation in a network-related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Information Technology, electronics communications engineering).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in network and security administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and wireless controllers’ configuration and management.
  • Practical experience managing and maintaining Sophos firewalls and endpoint security systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards is highly desirable.
  • Professional network and security certifications (e.g., CCNA, Security+) are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Negotiate and complete contracts & payment terms with key clients.
  • Plan, coordinate & follow up products delivery status to the eligible parties till storage customers in a timely manner
  • Record products codes at agents’ systems to ensure products availability.
  • Manage, direct and coordinate sales /agents supply activities.
  • Develop, expand, and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts to ensure the stability of the sales supply performance.
  • Inform & update sales managers with agents’ supply availability status.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Manage & report on products’ stock (Plan, monitor, follow up products orders’ stock availability)
  • Follow up and Finish incoming and returning collection invoices issues.
  • Fast respond to customer complaints regarding supply services or products to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant pharmaceutical/medical/science studies.
    • +2 years of similar role in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
    • Proven success record in achieving previous objectives.
    • Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to align different parties.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Result driven, dynamic and team player.
