                    <description><![CDATA[<p>Providing comprehensive technical support to our end-users and maintain our IT infrastructure in Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems, including hardware, software, platforms, and networks, as well as supporting our network (LAN, WAN), security systems, and backend services (both cloud and on-premises). This role involves end-user support, infrastructure maintenance, asset management, and preventative maintenance to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment.</p>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong> End User Support: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals), software applications, platforms, and network connectivity issues.</li>
<li>Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical problems in a timely and effective manner, both remotely and on-site.</li>
<li>Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Infrastructure Support:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).</li>
<li>Support the implementation and maintenance of security systems and policies.</li>
<li>Assist in the management and maintenance of backend services, including cloud platforms and on-premises servers and services.</li>
<li>Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in the administration of user accounts and access permissions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Asset Management:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions.</li>
<li>Track the deployment, movement, and disposal of IT assets.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Preventative Maintenance: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks on end-user devices and infrastructure components.</li>
<li>Apply software updates, patches, and security fixes.</li>
<li>Conduct basic system health checks and performance monitoring.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong> Documentation and Reporting: </strong>
<ul>
<li>Document common troubleshooting steps and solutions in a knowledge base.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation and maintenance of IT procedures and guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide basic reports on support activities and system status as required.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Professional graduation in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, android).</li>
<li>Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).</li>
<li>Basic understanding of cloud platforms and on-premises server environments is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with asset management practices.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.</li>
<li>Professional cloud and system certifications are preferred.</li>
