• Develop annual brand plans and integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and patient-centric goals.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Define brand positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions for each product or therapeutic area.
• Manage product lifecycle planning from launch to maturity, including lifecycle extension strategies.

2. Team Development & Plan Execution

• Support the development growth plan of the Marketing team in collaboration with the Business Unit Managers.
• Oversee the development and execution of Marketing Plan execution with Brand Managers.
• Plan and manage participation in medical congresses, symposia, and scientific events.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media (LinkedIn/professional), email marketing, and e-detailing platforms.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the Sales team to develop field force tools, training materials, and territory-specific tactical plans.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs on scientific communication strategies and publication planning.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) to strengthen external relationships.

4. Budget & Performance Management

• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spend tracking against plan in collaboration with Business Units.
• Define KPIs, to monitor brand performance, activities execution and deliver regular reporting to Top Management.
• Optimize ROI through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing tactics.

5. Compliance & Ethics

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations.
• Maintain strict adherence to governmental legislation and internal, Policies and Procedures.
• Champion ethical marketing practices across the team and agency partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or relevant Medical Studies.
• Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred.
• Overall +15 years of experience within Pharmaceutical Industry out of which +10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• + 2 years in a Marketing Manager role.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong Leadership capabilities and leading without authority.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Budget planning, P&L awareness, and ROI tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, e-detailing, and digital analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in project management; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Expert in CTD files and e-CTD preparation and reviewing registration dossiers (countries specialized dossier or CTD).
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework of international pharma legislation, relevant guideline, procedures &requirements.
• Awareness of preparing submissions of license variations and renewals.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and prepared little French language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent Time management skills.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance both technical and transferable skills across departments.
• Lead the execution of training plans aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, and all training kits.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, performance results, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between training strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and implement learning and development solutions to satisfy business needs and fill performance gaps.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in managing training programs, and developing talent.
• Instructional design experience or certification is preferred
• AI tools professionality is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on measurable impact.
•  Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into learning solutions
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to design engaging, interactive, and business-relevant training content.
