Organizational Development Lead

Manage the development and execution of the company’s Organization Development strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and priorities.
· Liaise with top management in the development of the overall Organizational Objectives and the cascading down process to the departmental level.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement Performance Management strategies that define clear key performance indicators to drive accountability and lead to meeting the company’s overall objectives.
Develop and maintain a Competency Framework to define the skills and behaviors required for success in various roles.
Lead the Job Analysis process to ensure that all jobs are accurately described and measured properly.
Work to build and update the company’s Grading Structure that ensures fairness and consistency.
Oversee the development and implementation of the company’s Salary Structure, considering market trends and internal equity.
Manage the regular update of the company’s Organizational Structure and headcount report.
Conduct organizational assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for development.
Manage the implementation and evaluation of assessment centers to identify high-potential employees and attract potential candidates.
Review, Develop, Update, and Communicate the company’s policies, procedures, workflow charts and audit requirements and ensure its proper communication.
Liaise with the Quality Assurance Department to recap and comply with the health authorities’ requirements and recommendations regarding internal system control.
Develop, apply, and process the findings in the employee Satisfaction Survey in addition to developing and communicating action plans.
Assist in managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams during periods of change to mitigate resistance and drive acceptance.
Stay current with OD best practices, trends, and innovations, and recommend improvements to existing programs.
Conduct awareness sessions to share important changes within the company when needed.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Bachelor’s Degree of related discipline.
A master’s degree or post graduate studies in management is preferred.
+10 years of experience in OD roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
Proven track record in designing and implementing OD initiatives.
Experience with performance management and setting KPI’s.
Experience with drafting policies and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and planning.

Senior Planning Specialist

Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned product families. Facilitate demand-supply reconciliation meetings and escalate risks to leadership.
Develop statistical baseline forecasts using tools like time-series analysis, machine learning (where applicable), or promotional modeling. Analyze demand variability and adjust safety stock strategies.
Set and monitor inventory targets (DSI – Days Sales of Inventory). Lead initiatives to reduce E&O, write-off risk, and improve inventory turns without compromising patient access.
Identify potential supply disruptions (e.g., raw material shortages, capacity constraints, regulatory holds) and create contingency plans (alternative suppliers, re-routing, air freight).
Lead planning for new product launches, product transfers, site changes, and lifecycle management (e.g., line extensions, discontinuations). Coordinate with RA for submission timelines and launch quantities.
Drive continuous improvement projects (e.g., lead time reduction, batch size optimization, ERP automation). Implement best practices in planning (e.g., Kanban, VMI for packaging).
Train and guide junior planners and specialists on planning tools, SOPs, and supply chain KPIs. Review their work for accuracy.
Represent planning function in internal/external audits (FDA, EMA, MHRA). Ensure planning records and justifications are inspection-ready.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Economics, or related. Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain) preferred.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certification strongly preferred.
3 years of progressive supply chain planning experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
Proven experience with pharmaceutical serialization, expiry management, and cold chain planning (for biologics/temperature-sensitive products) is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
Expert in Microsoft office.
Deep understanding of supply chain metrics: service level, bias, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, cash-to-cash cycle.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, resilient, and able to manage ambiguity in a regulated environment.
Project management skills (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus).

Key Account Manager

Negotiate and complete contracts & payment terms with key clients.
Plan, coordinate & follow up products delivery status to the eligible parties till storage customers in a timely manner
Record products codes at agents’ systems to ensure products availability.
Manage, direct and coordinate sales /agents supply activities.
Develop, expand, and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts to ensure the stability of the sales supply performance.
Inform & update sales managers with agents’ supply availability status.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Manage & report on products’ stock (Plan, monitor, follow up products orders’ stock availability)
Follow up and Finish incoming and returning collection invoices issues.
Fast respond to customer complaints regarding supply services or products to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant pharmaceutical/medical/science studies.
+2 years of similar role in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
Proven success record in achieving previous objectives.
Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
Strong leadership skills and ability to align different parties.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Result driven, dynamic and team player.
