GIT Group Brand Lead

Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies and operational plans across the assigned product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch optimization, to maximize market share and profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring high performance, capability building, and succession planning.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights (HCPs, patients, institutions) to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Design and oversee HCP engagement strategies, including scientific activities, campaigns, and KOL relationship management.
Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with local regulations, company policies, and ethical promotion standards.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment, accurate forecasting, and effective execution.
Drive field force effectiveness by ensuring proper training on product knowledge, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
Monitor brand performance and marketing effectiveness, optimizing ROI and ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (MBA is a plus)
6 years of experience in brand management within Pharmaceutical industry, 2 Years as Group brand manager.
GIT Experience is a MUST.

Planning Specialist

Assist in developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical data, sales inputs, and market trends. Translate demand into a feasible supply plan.
Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to ensure target service levels (e.g., 95-98% OTIF) while minimizing excess and obsolete (E&O) stock.
Coordinate with manufacturing units to create short- to mid-term production schedules. Ensure timely availability of materials for batch production.
Generate and track purchase orders for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging components. Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on key metrics: stockout risk, slow-moving inventory, shelf-life expiry, and production adherence.
Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Warehouse, and Sales teams to resolve supply constraints, product launches, or phase-outs.
Ensure planning activities comply with GDP (Good Distribution Practices), GMP, and internal SOPs. Participate in deviation investigations related to inventory or planning errors.
Maintain planning parameters in ERP system.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred but not required).
1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Understanding of MRP logic, safety stock calculation, and forecast error measurement (MAD, MAPE).
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain regulations (GDP, GMP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫

Prepare and maintain required documentations needed for the registration of company products.
Coordinate with EDA; Egyptian Drug Authority, to ensure compliance with all regulations and laws as necessary, follow-up with submitted documentations and resolve any issued that may arise.
Prepare the registration documentations needed to register in different foreign countries in an effectively and timely manner.
Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines and ensure company compliance with government rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must.
3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Expert in CTD files and e-CTD preparation and reviewing registration dossiers (countries specialized dossier or CTD).
Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework of international pharma legislation, relevant guideline, procedures &requirements.
Awareness of preparing submissions of license variations and renewals.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and prepared little French language.

Corporate Trainer

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance both technical and transferable skills across departments.
Lead the execution of training plans aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, and all training kits.
Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, performance results, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between training strategy and business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree.

Personnel Specialist

• Dealing and communicate with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.

• Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.

• Follow up probation periods and interface with external offices to handle social and medical insurance matters.

• Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.

• Prepare the memo’s regarding releasing the salaries, deserved payments for current and resigned staff.

• Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers to ensure updated and accurate employee database.

• Stay informed with changes in social insurance policies, labor laws, and tax regulations, while updating internal practices accordingly.

• Handle employee’s sick leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in dealing with labor offices and social insurance offices.

• Prefer having experience in #Pharmaceutical industry.

• Personnel workshop is preferred.

• HR Diploma is preferred.

Key Account Manager

Negotiate and complete contracts & payment terms with key clients.
Plan, coordinate & follow up products delivery status to the eligible parties till storage customers in a timely manner
Record products codes at agents’ systems to ensure products availability.
Manage, direct and coordinate sales /agents supply activities.
Develop, expand, and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts to ensure the stability of the sales supply performance.
Inform & update sales managers with agents’ supply availability status.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Manage & report on products’ stock (Plan, monitor, follow up products orders’ stock availability)
Follow up and Finish incoming and returning collection invoices issues.
Fast respond to customer complaints regarding supply services or products to maintain trust.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant pharmaceutical/medical/science studies.
+2 years of similar role in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
Proven success record in achieving previous objectives.
