Job Description

  • Manage the development and execution of the company’s Organization Development strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and priorities.
  • · Liaise with top management in the development of the overall Organizational Objectives and the cascading down process to the departmental level.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement Performance Management strategies that define clear key performance indicators to drive accountability and lead to meeting the company’s overall objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a Competency Framework to define the skills and behaviors required for success in various roles.
  • Lead the Job Analysis process to ensure that all jobs are accurately described and measured properly.
  • Work to build and update the company’s Grading Structure that ensures fairness and consistency.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the company’s Salary Structure, considering market trends and internal equity.
  • Manage the regular update of the company’s Organizational Structure and headcount report.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Manage the implementation and evaluation of assessment centers to identify high-potential employees and attract potential candidates.
  • Review, Develop, Update, and Communicate the company’s policies, procedures, workflow charts and audit requirements and ensure its proper communication.
  • Liaise with the Quality Assurance Department to recap and comply with the health authorities’ requirements and recommendations regarding internal system control.
  • Develop, apply, and process the findings in the employee Satisfaction Survey in addition to developing and communicating action plans.
  • Assist in managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams during periods of change to mitigate resistance and drive acceptance.
  • Stay current with OD best practices, trends, and innovations, and recommend improvements to existing programs.
  • Conduct awareness sessions to share important changes within the company when needed.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of related discipline.
  • A master’s degree or post graduate studies in management is preferred.
  • +10 years of experience in OD roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing OD initiatives.
  • Experience with performance management and setting KPI’s.
  • Experience with drafting policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
