Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Review and screen CVs based on job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Conduct phone and initial HR interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and competencies.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and hiring priorities.
  • Prepare and publish attractive and accurate Job Descriptions and job advertisements.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive Candidate Experience.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and university hiring activities.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
