Job Description

Zeta Pharma is a well-established and fast-growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative healthcare solutions. We are actively seeking a highly skilled and passionate District Manager for Cairo II & Delta with a solid experience in Pediatrics and Gynecology specialty to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze, plan, and distribute geographic areas per accounts to ensure effective distribution of products in the district including adequate stocking and adequate coverage of all distribution channels.

· Participate in & communicate marketing strategies’ activities preparation and implementation

· Identify and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

· Establish and lead a diverse team of high performing reps that can execute and achieve our sales plan and goals.

· Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

· Provides leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, skill development, product, industry, competitive, company knowledge and performance management.

· Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

· Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.

· Plan and monitor products’ stock availability and control expenses to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or science.

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a District Manager

· Experience in Pediatrics and Gynecology is a must

· For Delta DM, Tanta resident is preferred.
