- Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
- Maintain the integrity and security of all company data.
- Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements.
- Couch and direct existing and new IT projects.
- Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects that require IT expertise.
- Manage IT vendor relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technology field
- 5 to 7 years work Experience on IT Operations (System administration, network administration and security administration)
- 1+ years’ work experience as a supervisor of an IT operation or support center
- Hand-on Experience in Virtualization, RAID, and backup systems.
- Hand-on Experience in Microsoft Environment Services (Cloud and on prime) or equivalents
- Hand-on Experience in Managed WLC equipment’s.
- Hand-on Experience in Managed Networking Switches.
- Hand-on Experience in Sophos UTM or Equivalents.
- Hand-on Experience in Grand stream UCM.
- Microsoft Certifications are required.
- Cisco Certifications are Preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
