Job Description
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲
- Deliver engaging training sessions on AI fundamentals, data analysis, data visualization, and AI tools.
- Train non-technical and semi-technical audiences using simplified, practical approaches.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
- Develop complete training curricula including slides, exercises, assessments, and case studies.
- Update training materials regularly to reflect the latest AI and data trends.
- Create easy-to-understand examples applicable to business functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations).
𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
- Customize training programs based on business needs and learner skill levels.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders.
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and follow-up tasks to reinforce learning.
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
- Evaluate participant performance through different activities.
- Prepare training reports and recommendations for skill improvement.
- Track learner progress and measure training impact.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields is preferred.
- 2–4 years in training, AI tools, or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI tools.
- Good understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
