Job Description
- بناء نظم تراكم البيانات الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
- تحديد التكاليف الثابتة (مثل الرواتب والإيجار والتأمين).
- تخطيط وتسجيل التكاليف المتغيرة (على سبيل المثال مشتريات المواد الخام وتكاليف العمليات).
- استعراض التكاليف القياسية والفعلية للمؤسسة.
- إعداد تقارير الموازنة (للمؤسسة ولكل قسم بشكل منفصل).
- تحليل وتقرير هوامش الربح للمؤسسة.
- إعداد توقعات التكاليف الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.
- المساعدة في إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية العام.
- تحديد والتوصية بحلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة وتوجيه مصروفات المؤسسة
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production cost.
- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
- Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for financial statements.
- Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
- Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
- Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
- Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
- Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
- Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software such as Sage Pastel, Odoo, or similar systems
- Solid cost systems background.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
