Job Description

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Conduct data cleansing, data validation, and data enhancement activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the CRM database.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to gather requirements and implement CRM data analytics projects.
  • Support the design and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns by providing segmentation analysis and customer profiling.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business questions or challenges, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM data analytics and leverage new techniques and technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel & MS Office is a must.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with CRM data.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Effective communication and organizing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
