Job Description
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Set scheduled coaching plan and assure its implementation to develop the sales team to achieve the company’s goals.
- Detect areas of development for each Medical Representative and act on it through field coaching.
- Align with line managers to communicate and discuss the feedback via the coaching report.
- Collect and communicate market feedback about different business acumen.
- Evaluate the customer response to marketing massage and competitor activities in the market and assist the sales force team to generate scenarios to tackle them.
- Participate/Conduct in delivering the class-room training curriculum for the current and newly hired Sales team.
- Assist in preparing the training logistics and materials for the class room trainings.
- Participate in preparing the “Training Needs Analysis” for the Sales Team by the end of each Year.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelors’ degree in related medical studies.
- At least 5 years’ of experience in sales function in pharmaceutical industry.
- One-year experience in similar role is a must with prior experience in delivering coaching sessions.
- Prior awareness to Upper Egypt area is an advantage.
- Readiness to travel 50% of time.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead without authority.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, driven, organized and team player.
- Adequate experience in using Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.
- Able to transfer the knowledge in a comprehensive and clear manner.
- Outstanding command of English language.
