We are seeking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at Zeta, you will play a crucial role in developing visually captivating and impactful designs that effectively communicate pharmaceutical concepts and products to our target audience. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, websites, and digital media.
Job Description:
- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs that align with Zeta’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Create innovative graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials.
- Consult with Zeta’s stakeholders to discuss and determine layout designs that align with their requirements.
- Determine the size, arrangement, and style of illustrative material and copy, and select appropriate typefaces.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Utilize standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), to bring concepts to life.
- Review final layouts and provide suggestions for improvements as necessary.
- Maintain an archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork using computer software.
- Analyze illustrations and photographs to plan the presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and effective communication of key messages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies in the pharmaceutical and graphic design fields.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Job Specification:
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven graphic designing experience (2-5 years) in the pharmaceutical industry is a Must.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and other team members.
- Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts.
- Capability to develop design strategies that align with marketing and promotional goals.
- Aptitude for solving design challenges and making improvements based on feedback.
- Proficient in managing time and meeting project deadlines.
