Job Description
Zeta Pharma is currently looking to hire Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in its manufacturing site in Sadat City.
The HRBP will provide comprehensive HR support for the manufacturing facility. He/She will play strategic and operational role to support programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs, employee relations and people culture.
The position will be responsible for:
Learning and Development:
- Manage an end-to-end learning experience for employees and managers, in alignment with the Training Team.
- Collect and analyze the Training Needs from the technical and competencies aspects and prepare an integrated plan for training delivery.
- Manage the implementation of the yearly training calendar.
- Manage proper training documentation and records
Talent Management:
- Manage the yearly Manpower planning for the factory staff.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to assure continuous supply for required manpower.
- participate in the selection of all employee in alignment with the Recruitment Policy.
- Assure the onboarding process for all new joiners.
- Responsible for employees’ succession planning program in alignment with line managers.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process on departmental and individual levels, including the annual goal setting, periodical assessment process, and regular feedback sessions.
- Provides performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, disciplinary actions, etc.).
- Train employees on performance appraisal tools and follow up for timely completion.
Organizational Design:
- Review the policies and procedures covering all HR aspects and recommends any required update for existing ones and initiate the missing.
- Align with the Quality Department to fulfill the required quality standards and documentation.
- Lead the job analysis function and continuous update for the job description for different roles.
- Assure continuous update for the organization chart structure
- Suggest process improvements to help increase efficiency.
Employee Experience
- Advise employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the exit interview and come up with recommendation to enhance culture and employees’ retention.
- Manage the employee’s grievance process and resolves complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigation when necessary.
- Play an integral role in building a positive employee experience and cultural success through implementation of initiative programs and Employer branding activities.
- Work closely with management and employees to build impactful working relationships, enhance productivity and increase retention.
HR Systems/Reports
- Ensure data maintenance and security on the system and assure data is updated at all times.
- Prepare timely HR reports as required
- Conduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to Human Resources.
Required Experience:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment is a must.
- Previous generalist experience with different HR modules is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in using HRIS is a plus.
- Strong data insight and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills including good command of English.
- Residency near Sadat City is an advantage (Accommodation is provided)
