Job Description

  • Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of all company data.
  • Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements.
  • Couch and direct existing and new IT projects.
  • Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects that require IT expertise.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technology field
  • 5 to 7 years work Experience on IT Operations (System administration, network administration and security administration)
  • 1+ years’ work experience as a supervisor of an IT operation or support center
  • Hand-on Experience in Virtualization, RAID, and backup systems.
  • Hand-on Experience in Microsoft Environment Services (Cloud and on prime) or equivalents
  • Hand-on Experience in Managed WLC equipment’s.
  • Hand-on Experience in Managed Networking Switches.
  • Hand-on Experience in Sophos UTM or Equivalents.
  • Hand-on Experience in Grand stream UCM.
  • Microsoft Certifications are required.
  • Cisco Certifications are Preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
