Job Description

  • Negotiate and complete contracts & payment terms with key clients.
  • Plan, coordinate & follow up products delivery status to the eligible parties till storage customers in a timely manner
  • Record products codes at agents’ systems to ensure products availability.
  • Manage, direct and coordinate sales /agents supply activities.
  • Develop, expand, and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts to ensure the stability of the sales supply performance.
  • Inform & update sales managers with agents’ supply availability status.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Manage & report on products’ stock (Plan, monitor, follow up products orders’ stock availability)
  • Follow up and Finish incoming and returning collection invoices issues.
  • Fast respond to customer complaints regarding supply services or products to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant pharmaceutical/medical/science studies.
  • +2 years of similar role in pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
  • Proven success record in achieving previous objectives.
  • Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to align different parties.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result driven, dynamic and team player.
