Job Description

We are seeking for a Media Buyer who will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective media campaigns to promote our products and drive brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations, market trends, and media planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze target audience behavior to identify the most appropriate media channels and platforms for reaching our target audience.
- Develop and manage media budgets for each campaign, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust media budgets as necessary to optimize results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) and provide regular reports, insights and highlighting opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption patterns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying across various channels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with media planning and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
