Job Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s OD strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and priorities.
  • Help in the design and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Supervise the development of Key Performance Indicators to all staff to ensure fair performance evaluation and management.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Develop, update, and communicate employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Manage the creation and development of job analysis to ensure that all jobs are accurately described.
  • Develop and maintain a competency framework to define the skills and behaviors required for success in various roles.
  • Work to build and update the company’s grading structure to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the company’s salary structure, considering market trends and internal equity.
  • Manage the regular update of the company’s organizational chart and headcount report.
  • Conducting awareness sessions to share important changes within the company when needed.
  • Promote a positive work environment that supports Zeta Pharma’s values and encourages employee involvement.
  • Assist in managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and positive outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and teams during periods of change to mitigate resistance and drive acceptance.
  • Manage the implementation, and evaluation of assessment centers to identify high-potential employees.
  • Develop, apply, and process the findings in the employee Satisfaction Survey in addition to develop and communicate action plans.
  • Manage the corporate coaching process to ensure suitable management and leadership levels from all company leaders
  • Develop courses that can foster company culture.
  • Stay current with OD best practices, trends, and innovations, and recommend improvements to existing programs.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree of related discipline.
  • +5 years of experience in OD roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing OD initiatives.
  • Experience with performance management and setting KPI’s.
  • Experience with drafting HR policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Coaching and mentoring.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
