We are seeking for a talented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Specialist at Zeta, responsible for managing the sourcing and acquisition of raw materials, equipment, and services required for the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The role is critical to ensuring supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.

Job Description:

  • Follow up orders and determine if product quantity is sufficient with requirement.
  • Follow up with warehouse department to receive and close open POs
  • Making quotation study for each request in order to choose the best offer and best quality.
  • Review and update approved vendor list and approved source list.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports. records , and update price lists every two months.
  • Interact with suppliers daily to develop and nurture beneficial relationships.
  • Capability for API sourcing.
  • Create purchase orders and send them to chosen vendors.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor decree of Pharmacy/Science/Supply Chain/Logistic or any relevant field.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
  • 1-3 years experience.
  • Oddo user is highly recommended.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility.
