Job Description
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Cooperate and support sales team to achieve sales target, expands and maintain strong customer base.
- Collect & analyze market surveys data to evaluate market trends, brand awareness and competition status.
- Keep up to date with medical researches & market changes to evaluate market trends and competition status & updating commercial teams with the latest news and information.
- Participate in marketing plans strategies preparation and implementation including (budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates) and successful new products launching.
- Implement successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideas to execution.
- Manages the relationship with different vendors to assure the proper and timely execution for all activities within budget and with best utilization of resources.
- Responsible for preparing, organizing and participating in various events and meetings (stand alone, congresses, symposia, presentations, etc.).
- Determine and ensure communicating products message successfully.
- Develop the required promotional material and ensure its proper implementation and usage and messages delivery to the customers.
- Prepare, update and conduct (product knowledge) trainings to sales force team.
- Measure and report on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Perform regular scheduled field visit to customers to assure building and maintaining strong relationships with KOL & external parties.
- Perform all business in accordance with SOPs and internal regulations.
- Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related medical studies (i.e. pharmacy, medicine, veterinary, ..).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing within the Pharma Industry.
- Minimum of 2 years as in similar Product Manager position.
- Experience of OTC specialty is a must.
- MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in product launches is preferred.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills including good command of English language.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Analytical Skills and Project Planning.
- Time Management Skills.
- Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
