Job Description

  • Monitor and review user-generated content across social media platforms.
  • Ensure that all interactions reflect Zeta Pharma’s values and maintain a professional tone.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate discussions to build a supportive community and enhance user engagement.
  • Identify and escalate any safety concerns or adverse event reports related to Zeta Pharma products to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and schedule relevant, engaging, and compliant content that aligns with brand messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management or moderation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations regarding advertising, marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in handling sensitive situations and managing online reputations effectively.
