Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Source potential candidates through different recruitment channels
  • Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Foster an on-going relationship with potential candidates to maintain a pipeline of culturally fit candidates
  • Update candidate tracking system.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and industry conferences to attract talent.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance Zeta’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
