Job Description
Zeta Pharma is a well-established and fast-growing pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking a highly organized, analytical & passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Design job descriptions in alliance with hiring managers according to company’s criteria and policies
- Source potential candidates through different recruitment channels
- Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.
- Foster an on-going relationship with potential candidates to maintain a pipeline of culturally fit candidates
- Update candidate tracking system/sheets.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Advanced Microsoft office skills is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Pharmaceutical background is preferred
