Job Description
- Provide direct support to the sales team to enhance overall customer experience across the full customer journey.
- Assist the sales team in identifying, prioritizing, and selecting the most suitable customers and opportunities aligned with business strategy.
- Support sales execution by monitoring quality standards and ensuring consistency in customer engagement.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and proactively address improvement opportunities.
- Work in close coordination with the Learning and Development department to identify capability gaps, support continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen sales team performance through aligned development plans.
- Act as a facilitator between customers and the sales team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Strong exposure to multiple medical specialties.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
