Job Description:
- Providing general administrative support such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records.
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
- Entering data into computer systems, maintaining databases, and preparing reports and documents as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of administrative activities and other relevant information.

Collaborating with other administrative staff members and departments to achieve common goals and support overall company objectives.
- Arrange daily and regular maintenance for office facilities.
- Arrange scheduled and occasional maintenance for office utilities, i.e., electricity, plumbing, air conditions, … etc. § Maintain inventory stock for the frequently used office supplies and consumables (i.e., housekeeping tools, printing papers, spare parts, groceries, …etc)
- Contact suppliers to provide technical and financial quotation for different office supplies (i.e., furniture, computers, printers, … etc.).
- Initiate and follow up the approval process required for different asset and/or consumable purchases.
Job Requirements:
- Female, holder of a bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 year of relevant administrative work experience.
- Resident nearly Nasr City is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at hand
- Hard worker, energetic and eager to learn.
