Job Description
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Conduct data cleansing, data validation, and data enhancement activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the CRM database.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to gather requirements and implement CRM data analytics projects.
- Support the design and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns by providing segmentation analysis and customer profiling.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business questions or challenges, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM data analytics and leverage new techniques and technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel & MS Office is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with CRM data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Effective communication and organizing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
