Job Description

Zeta pharma is hiring District Managers, covering the following areas:


1-Giza – CVM / (Imbaba-Haram-Giza Centers-Dokki-Mohandseen-October-Faisal-Fayoum)

2-Alex & Behira -CVM / (Alexeast-Alexcenter-Alexwest&Matrouh-Behira)

3-Cairo II – GIT / (Shouubra El-Khiema-Cairowest-Cairocenter-Cairosouth-Maadi-Helwan-Beni Sueif )

4-Cairo – Surgery&Gyna (SG) / (Cairoeast-Heliopolis-Nasr City- Qalubia-Shoubra El-Khiema – Ismailia-Suez)

5-Upper Egypt – SG / (Assuit-Minya-Sohag-Qena-Hurghada-Awan-Luxor)

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or science.

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a District Manager

– Maximum age: 35

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent Selling Skills

-Applicants must have experience at the required therapeutic areas.

-Applicants must have experience at the required regions.

-As for Giza and Cairo vacancies, applicants must be Greater Cairo residents.

– As for Upper Egypt vacancy, applicants must be Sohag, Assuit, or Qena residents.

Job Description:

1. Analyze, plan, and distribute geographic areas per accounts to ensure effective distribution of products in the district including adequate stocking and adequate coverage of all distribution channels.

2. Participate in & communicate marketing strategies’ activities preparation and implementation

3. Identify and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

4. Establish and lead a diverse team of high performing reps that can execute and achieve our sales plan and goals.

5. Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

6. Provides leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, skill development, product, industry, competitive, company knowledge and performance management.

7. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

8. Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.

9. Plan and monitor products’ stock availability and control expenses to maximize return on investment.
