Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect global customers basically Africa and Middle East (hunter attitude).
  • Follow up the contracting procedures of the new customers and work with the legal department to sign the contract with all relevant documents.
  • Liaise effectively with overseas distributors, customs officials, and regulatory agencies.
  • Setting reasonable annual export forecasts and budgets/country for current customers and newly acquired ones and plan to achieve them.
  • Stay abreast of evolving international trade regulations and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry/country.
  • Oversee the entire export journey, from order receipt to product delivery, ensuring seamless compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage essential documents like shipping forms, invoices, customs declarations, and letters of credit.
  • Proactively ensure compliance with all applicable export controls and licensing requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including legal, regulatory, supply chain, production, and finance.
  • Represent Zeta Pharma in the international trade shows.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or any related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical exports.
  • Fluency in 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 language is must.
  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience working with regulatory teams and navigating export compliance requirements is a plus.
