Job Description

 

  • Detect areas of development for each MR & act on it through coaching & transmit feedback to their managers
  • Evaluate med. Reps. Performance to give clear out lines to his mangers to facilitate suitable action must be taken with this person as Performance improvement plan
  • Conduct training courses that are related to the field such as selling skills and soft skills for the newly hired and experienced medical reps within budget limitations.
  • Sit scheduled coaching plan & implement this plan to develop company employees to achieve our company goals.
  • Detect most essential training courses for most important area of development Based on manager’s feedback
  • Collect market feedback about different business acumen.
  • Ensure applicability of detail aid with Med. Reps
  • Detect Dr. Response to marketing massage and Competitor activities in the market & how Med. Reps. deal with this Activities via himself & the co.
  • Evaluate effect of 1st line managers in employee’s development
  • Improve moral & motivate Med. Reps.

Job Specification

  • Bachelors’ degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and experience to coach and lead a field sales team.
  • 1 year experience as a FFT is a must.
  • A proven track record of developing high performing teams
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep those in the team working as a team and ensuring that their morale remains high.
  • Strong communication skills for forging sales ideas. Such professionals must be energetic, driven, organized and target achievers.
  • Adequate technical abilities including Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.
  • Able to transfer the knowledge in a comprehensive and clear manner.
  • Outstanding command of English language.
