Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans for any changes to the company’s systems or activities.
- Oversee the auditing program, ensuring adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage external audits, track corrective/preventive action plans, and ensure their timely implementation.
- Investigate customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Handle product recalls, coordinating necessary actions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and oversee quality risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Supervise the investigation and resolution of deviations from quality standards.
- Manage returned drug products, ensuring proper handling and disposal.
- Qualify suppliers and service providers, assessing their compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics, policies, and procedures.Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science
- +5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
