Job Description

 

  • Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.
  • Supervising staff and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Manage the inspection process and assure that all processes are up to standards.
  • Receiving and Documenting Raw materials, engineering materials and miscellaneous materials.
  • Receiving Delivered Finished Product from Production.
  • Store raw materials & Finished Product in a suitable location.
  • Manage the documentation system of warehouse via Odoo ERP.
  • Follow up and compliance of quality system of the company, and cGMP rules in warehouse (follow compliance of all warehouse Sops).
  • Run and supervise required maintenance needed in warehouse.
  • Manage the destruction process of expired goods according to the quality and health authorities standards.
  • Prepare required monthly reports to assist management for data-driven decision.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • +5 years of experience in similar managerial role in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge for Quality, regulatory and health authorities requirement concerning warehouse operation.
  • Good awareness of cGMP.
  • Prior experience with Warehouse ERP system (specially Odoo) is a great plus.
  • Good communication including good command of English language.
  • Team Player, Hard worker, and Flexibility.
