Job Description

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

To be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, enhancing customers and patient satisfaction, driving overall success, and supporting and developing the team. Ensure that all functional areas and staff are managed effectively, and the training is provided to all teams.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create the total solution required to drive revenues.
  • Analyze, plan, and distribute geographic areas per accounts to ensure effective distribution of products in the district including adequate stocking and adequate coverage of all distribution channels.
  • Participate in & communicate marketing strategies’ activities preparation and implementation
  •  Identify and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Establish and lead a diverse team of high performing reps that can execute and achieve our sales plan and goals.
  •  Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Provides leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, skill development, product, industry, competitive, company knowledge and performance management.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  •  Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
  •  Plan and monitor products’ stock availability and control expenses to maximize return on investment.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related medical studies (Pharmacy, Science).
  • Preferred + 5 years of previous sales experience in pharmaceutical organization specialized in CNS.
  • Strong strategic management & planning skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making Skills.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Good Command of English language written and spoken.
  • Result Driven, Enthusiastic and Team Player.
